Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide with the exception of a few areas with certain shipping restrictions. If you would like to verify if we can ship to your address, please email us at service@xakava.com or message us on our social media pages.

What are your delivery times?

Shipping delivery times:

USA & Canada: 8-12 business days (Monday - Friday)

Australia, NZ & Oceania: 8-12 business days (Monday - Friday)

Europe & UK: 8-12 business days (Monday-Friday)
Latin America: 9-26 business days (Monday-Friday)
Other countries: 8-30 business days (Monday-Friday)

NOTE:  Actual delivery time is still subject to the official website/local courier's message as it may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your items have been shipped, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you have not received one or if the tracking number is not working, please contact our customer support channels and we will be happy to assist you.

Are there any customs fees?

International orders may incur additional taxes or customs fees when they arrive at your location. This is virtually not something our customers encounter, but in the event that it does happen, it is your responsibility to pay any additional taxes or customs fees. We recommend that you check with your local authorities to see if any import fees may apply before placing an order.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Xakava is not responsible if the incorrect address is placed during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct when placing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

I believe my package may have been stolen/lost in transit, what do I do?

If your package tracking number indicates that your order was delivered but you cannot find your package, be sure to check around your property, lobby or mailroom and contact neighbors in case someone has accepted the package on your behalf or if it has been misdelivered. We recommend waiting 1-2 business days to see if the package is re-delivered by the carrier. If your package has still not been found or redelivered after 2 business days, please notify your local post office directly to file a claim. You can file a claim with your local courier by providing your tracking information. Once you have filed a claim, please wait for their response before contacting us. Please email us at service@xakava.com with the response from your local courier so that we can assist you further.
Xakava is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address provided for an order. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you choose the fast and insured shipping methods that include a free replacement for stolen packages.
We will consider an item lost in transit if the tracking information has not been updated for 20 days. Please contact us at service@xakava.com so that we can process a replacement.
