WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following 2 main payment methods:

Xakava primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal we accept MasterCard, VISA.

● Secure Credit Card Payment
We can also accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard.

WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE DEBITED IN?

All our transactions are based in GBP. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate for the currency you choose depending on the website you are on.

HOW DO I CHANGE/AMEND MY ORDER?

If you discover an error with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please contact us at our Support Center
Please note that we can help you change your order before delivery.
Once your package has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you have not received a confirmation email regarding your order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing your order or the email may be in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You can also contact us for more information about your order.
