We have a risk-free 30-day guarantee!

If any of the Xakava products do not live up to their claims, simply send us an email at service@xakava.com and you will be able to claim a full refund, provided it is done within 30 days of delivery.

Defective Product

We are incredibly confident in the quality of our products. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion, a product may be damaged in transit or arrive defective. If this is the case, please email us at service@xakava.com with proof of the defective product and we will provide a choice of a free return of the product or an immediate refund on the purchase. Emails for a defective product must be sent within 60 days of delivery of the product.

How do I return something?

If you are unhappy with your order - contact our support and we will do our best to help you!

The timeframe for our return policy is 30 days from the date an order arrives at your address. The buyer is responsible for returning the product(s) to us for assessment, repair or exchange. Please note that original priority shipping charges are non-refundable.

At Xakava, we work hard to provide our customers with the best possible experience. Part of that experience is our simple and efficient return policy. To ensure that your return is processed correctly, please contact us first at service@xakava.com so that we can provide you with the return address.

Orders returned to a different address may result in a delayed or denied refund or exchange. So please contact us first, and we will be happy to help you initiate the return process.

When returning your items to us, please include your name, shipping address and order number with your return to ensure it will be processed accordingly. Once we have received your package, we will quality check it to ensure there is no damage and then process a refund for you.

We suggest that you use a postal option that allows you to track your package to ensure we receive it. Please wrap your package carefully, as we will not be able to process your exchange or refund if the product has been damaged.

As of today, we will not be accepting returns via direct drop-off to our return address.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as you can. Once an order is in our system, it cannot be edited and we usually cannot stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so it is important that you notify us as early as possible. If we are able to prevent your order from being shipped, we will cancel it and you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to do so, don't worry! You can return your order to us using the process above.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for returned orders.

Refund Process

The refund will be initiated once your product has been received back into our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once the refund has been approved, it will take 5-10 business days to process. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
